A Group Order is when multiple buyers pool their individual orders together so we can purchase in bulk from official stores like Weverse Shop, Music Korea, or Aladin. This saves on international shipping costs per person and often unlocks bulk discounts or exclusive pre-order benefits that solo buyers miss out on.
First Payment (1st Pay): Covers the item price + our small service fee. This secures your order in the batch. We pool all first payments to purchase from the official store.

Second Payment (2nd Pay): Covers international shipping from Korea to Malaysia PLUS local postage to your address. This is calculated after items arrive at our warehouse based on actual weight and your chosen shipping method.
Absolutely! This is one of our most loved features. When your items from different batches arrive at our warehouse, you can select which items to consolidate into a single shipment. You'll only pay one local postage fee instead of multiple. Use our Order Tracker page to manage your consolidations.
International shipping from Korea to Malaysia typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the shipping method (EMS, Air Parcel, or Sea Mail). Once items reach our local address, local postage via Poslaju or J&T takes 1-3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 days for East Malaysia.
We take photos of every item upon arrival at our warehouse so you can verify condition before second payment. For items damaged in international transit, we work with the official store or proxy for replacements when possible. We also offer optional insurance for high-value items. Our track record speaks for itself — over 2,400 items shipped with care.

PURPLEJINNIE7 GO started in 2020 as a small passion project between ARMY friends who were tired of paying exorbitant international shipping for solo orders. What began as a favor for a few friends grew into a full-fledged logistics operation serving hundreds of K-pop fans across Malaysia.

We don't keep stock. We don't inflate prices. We simply act as your coordinator — pooling orders, managing payments, tracking shipments, and ensuring every photocard, album, and lightstick reaches its rightful owner. Our profit margins are minimal because this isn't just business — it's fandom.
